Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. Seasonings
  3. Salt
  4. Spices
  5. Atarudu
  6. Tatashe
  7. Onion
  8. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your chicken into desired size,wash and put into a pot

  2. 2

    Add seasonings, spices onions and cook for 5mins.add water and allow to cook till tender

  3. 3

    Separate chicken from broth and keep aside

  4. 4

    Put a pot of oil on fire and allow to be hot,then add your chicken and fry till well frayed.

    Blend your tatashe,tarugu and onions and keep aside. Chop some onions and put into a pan and add little oil.

    Stir the onions and add a cube of maggi. Keep aside and fry your blended veggies till well fryed and then add your cooked onions.

  7. 7

    Add seasonings and spice and stir then add your fryed chicken and close the lid and allow to cook for 2 minutes. Tada your pepper chicken is ready
