Ingredients

  1. 1 packcous cous
  2. 5big pepper
  3. 2big onions
  4. 1tasty tom(de Rica)
  5. Oil
  6. Maggi
  7. Salt
  8. Curry
  9. Thyme
  10. Garlic
  11. Meat
  12. For the carrot sauce
  13. 3large carrot
  14. 1/2 cuppeas
  15. 3large potatoes
  16. 1large pepper
  17. 1large onions
  18. 1/4kilo meat
  19. Oil
  20. Maggi
  21. Curry
  22. Thyme

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash pepper onion and garlic marsh or blend..Get a pot and add 3tablespoon of oil 4cubes of Maggi and marshed pepper and onion with your tasty tom(de rica) and fry for 5 minutes

    Add a cup of water and also a cup of stock allow it to boil

  3. 3

    Add a pack of cous cous and reduce the flame

  4. 4

    Steam for 5minute and serve

  5. 5

    For the carrot sauce

  6. 6

    Wash your meat and add in a pot add Maggi curry thyme garlic and cook until done

  7. 7

    When cooked,Add some oil. Add mashed pepper and onions

  8. 8

    Wash and cut carrot and potatoes into pieces

  9. 9

    Add peas and washed carrot and potatoes and allow to cook

  10. 10

    Serve your jollof cous cous and carrot soup
