Ingredients

  1. Paayy
  2. 4onion paste
  3. 6tomatoes paste
  4. 3 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspSalt or as required
  7. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tspcorainder powder
  9. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste (optional)
  10. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  11. Cloves1 tbsp
  12. Cinnamon stick 1 large piece
  13. 1 1/2 cupOil
  14. 2 glassesWater
  15. 12 glassesWater
  16. 1 tbspGaram masala powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add the paayy, ginger garlic paste, whole spices and 2 glass of water in handi.

    Cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Add onion paste, tomato paste, oil and the all spices, mix well.cook on high flame for 5 minutes.

    Add 12 glasses water and cover.

    Cook on medium flame for 45 minutes,then add garam masala powder and mix.

    Serve hot with naan and rice.
