Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Palmoil
  3. Scotchbonnet
  4. Maggi
  5. Salt
  6. Macrael or any fish of ur choice
  7. Onion
  8. Crayfish

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ur beans after soaking for 10min to remove all the skin and wash thoroughly

  2. 2

    Add ur scotchbonnet and onion blend till very smooth

  3. 3

    Whisk ur beans very very well as in thoroughly,add ur crayfish n salt,slice in ur onion,heatup ur oil a little n add,then keep whisking thoroughly.

    Soak ur Maggi in a little warm water so it will dissolve well and add. When uve gotten ur desired consistency get ur leather or moi moi tin and scoop in a desired quantity then add in ur washed macrael.

    Continue scooping in until all ur moi moi batter is exhausted.Put in a pot add water enough to cover ur moi moi. Cook till done n enjoy with pap,garri,bread,or any drink and or food of ur choice.
