Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsPaneer
  2. 1chopped Capsicum
  3. 1 tspmustard oil
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds
  5. as per tasteRock salt
  6. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  7. 1chopped onion
  8. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  9. 1chopped tomato
  10. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  11. 3whole wheat chapatis
  12. 50 gmscurd

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat 1 tsp mustard oil in a pan,add rock salt,1 tsp Cumin seeds,a pinch of asafoetida and chopped onion.saute on low flame till onion becomes soft.

    Now add chopped tomato,saute for 2 mins,add chopped capsicum and 100 gm paneer cubes.Mix well cover and cook for 5 minutes.

    Off the flame The filling mixture is ready.Add curd and tomato ketchup.Mix well.Take a chapati,fill 3 tbsp mixture in chapati and make roll.In this way all 3 chapatis are filled with the mixture and made into rolls.

    The Paneer Kathi rolls are ready for lunchbox.
