Ingredients

  1. 1katoriDesi ghee
  2. 1 podCardemom seeds
  3. 1katori Daliya(broken wheat)
  4. 1/2 katoriGrated fresh coconut
  5. 1 katori about Sugar
  6. 4 katoriWater
  7. As requiredDryfruits of your choice for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat desi ghee. Add cardemom seeds and saute them. Now roast daliya till it changes the colour and gives fragrance. Now add grated fresh coconut and mix well on sim.

    Add sugar and mix wellon sim. Now add water and let it boil on sim and cover with lid, meanwhile keep stirring and roasting on sim till it cooks well and becomes thick and gooey. Garnish with dryfruits of your choice.

    Serve hot and enjoy!
