Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked poha
  2. 2 medium size boiled potatoes
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1finely chopped green chilli
  5. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbspcumin powder
  8. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp aamchur powder
  10. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  11. As per tasteSalt
  12. 2 tbsp semolina
  13. 2 tbsp vermicelli
  14. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the veggies and spices along with potatoes and poha.

  2. 2

    Mash it and make a soft dough. Make small cutlets.

  3. 3

    Mix semolina and vermicelli in a plate. Coat all the cutlets one by one carefully.

    Fry it deep in oil till golden brown. Serve with ketch up or sauces.
