Native jollof rice and spaghetti 😋

Cooking Instructions

Fry little veg. oil and palm oil with onions and garlic, add tomatoes, scothbonnet and sachet tomato. Fry for 2 mins,stirring occasionally

Add broth and water, add spices and seasoning then add your already washed smoked fish. Cover and allow it to boil.

Wash your rice and add it to the boiling water and allow to be half cooked, add spaghetti and allow them to cook completely.

Add fried meat, spinach and sliced onions, cover and allow for few minutes under medium heat.

Mix everything and it's done. Enjoy 😋
