Heat up some palm oil in a cooking pot. Add in chopped onion and fry till the onion get soft

Wash the Locust beans and stir. Add in the pices of the smoked fish, diced beef and let it fry till the aroma begins to ooze out

Pour the pepper mix and stir continously for some mins then add salt and seasoning cube to taste also add the grounded crayfish stir and leave for 5 mins to get properly mixed together

Add some water (enough water to cook the rice) leave it to boil. Add the rice into the contents in the pot cook for about 15 minutes or until the rice is soft and tender

Serve and enjoy
