  2. 1 table spoonsugar
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 2 table spoonoil

  6. Cabbage
  7. Carrot
  8. Onion
  9. Ginger
  10. Garlic
  11. Green pepper
  12. Pepper
  13. Salt
  14. Maggi star
  15. Onga
  16. meat

Cooking Instructions

    Find a clean bowl add flour, sugar, salt and oil mix them together add water to form a watery dough not to watery.

    Put your frying pan on fire on low heat spread the batter with brush to the pan one after the other for four to five minute then remove.

    Cut your cabbage,onion,carrot,green pepper and washed.

    Put pan on fire apply two table spoon of oil fry your pepper,Ginger, garlic and your seasoning put onion and cabbage take it down.

    Apply your filling to the batter and roll. do dsame to the rest of the batter then fry.
