Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 2-3 LBSChicken Tenderloins
  3. 2 CupsButtermilk
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 TSPGarlic Powder
  6. 1 TSPCajun Seasoning
  7. 1 TSPOnion Powder
  8. Dredge
  9. 2.5 CupsAP Flour
  10. 1 TBSPBaking Soda
  11. 1 TBSPCorn Starch
  12. 1 TBSPSalt
  13. 1 TBSPGarlic Powder
  14. 2 TSPPaprika
  15. 3 TSPCajun Seasoning
  16. Fresh Black Pepper to taste
  17. Dipping Sauce
  18. 1 cupmayonnaise
  19. 1/2 cupHeinz ketchup
  20. 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce plus 1 teaspoon
  21. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  22. 1 teaspoonsalt
  23. 1 teaspoonground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken thoroughly then cut into strips and set aside.

    Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade except the chicken. Place the chicken into gallon bag, pour marinade over top and let sit for at least 2 hours.

    In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the dredge, mix thoroughly. Heat 5 cups of oil. Remove each piece of chicken from the marinade one piece at a time, place into the dredge and coat thoroughly.

    Place coated chicken on a rack for at least 10 minutes. Repeat this process until all chicken is coated. Fry your chicken for 3-5 minutes per side or until internal temp reached 165 degrees. Repeat until all chicken is fried.

    Sauce: Combine all ingredients until well incorporated. Refrigerate until ready to use!
