    Ek pan me dahi beef or sab spice dal kar 30 mints ke liye rakh den

    Ek pan me 2 tbsp oil dal kar choop tomatoes dal kar pani khusk hone tak pakayen or utar len

    Ek pan me 1½ cup oil dal kar masale wala beef dal ka 10 mints bhoon len or 1 glass pani dal kar dhank den or gosth galne tak pakayen

    Gosht gal jaye or pani khusk hojaye to bhoone tomatoes dal kar achs se mix karen or hari mirch or lemon juice dal kar 5 mints dam par rakh den
