Ingredients

Serving: 4 persons
  1. 💠2 cups besan
  2. 💠1 tsp. salt
  3. 💠1 tsp. crushed chilies
  4. 💠1 tsp. cumin seeds (Zeera)
  5. 💠1 tsp garam masala
  6. 💠4..3 Curry leaves (Karhi Patta)
  7. 2 cups💠Water
  8. 💠½ tsp. fenugreek (methi)
  9. 💠1 oil
  10. 💠2 tbs. tamarind (Imli) paste
  11. 💠1 tsp. mustard seeds
  12. 💠1 pinch asafetida (Heeng)
  13. 💠1 tsp. ginger (Adrak) paste
  14. 💠¼ tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
  15. 💠1 tsp. chilli (Lal Mirch) powder
  16. 📍📍for Gravy📍📍
  17. 💠½ cup oil
  18. 💠2 tbs. onion paste
  19. 💠2 tsp. coriander (Dhaniya) powder
  20. 💠½ tsp. garam masala
  21. 💠½ tsp. salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In hot oil heat fenugreek seeds, mustard, zeera, add besan, water salt, chilli, garam masala, and cook on low heat.

    ✓When dry and take the shape of a ball spread on greased plate ½ inch thick layer. When cooled cut any shape 1½ to 2 inches in size. Or fould strip make like small roll..

    In hot oil add onion, fry little then add all the spices roast it for few seconds and add 2 cups of water. Cook well and then put khandvian in the gravy.

    Serve with chapati
