Note : (1) Always use heavy bottom pan for any halwa or mithai.
(2) Keep eye on the milk when its reduces , continuously stirring it.
(3) keep it in the fridge for ½ an hour , for good and quick result.

Ingredients

  1. 2 kgMilk (full fat milk)
  2. 3/4 (150 grams)cup shugar
  3. 1 tspcardamom seeds
  4. Chandi ka warkk (as required)
  5. Almonds ¼ cup sliced
  6. Pistachios ½ cup sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk on high flame. When its boiled, slow the flame medium low and keep the milk on flame.

  2. 2

    When its evaporates and reduced milk, keep stirring. Add cardamom seeds.

  3. 3

    When all the milk reduced and evaporates the water its becomes granulated (danedar), in this stage add shugar and keep stirring.

  4. 4

    When the pan leaves the mixture set it in the greased dish. Decorate it with chandi warkk, Almonds and pistachios slices.
