Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1 cupmilk powder
  2. 2 tbspall-purpose flour
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  6. 1/3 tbspelaichi powder
  7. Oil for fry
  8. Sheera
  9. 2 cupwater
  10. 1.5 cupsugar
  11. 1 tbsplemon juice
  12. 1/3 tbspelaichi powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To make sheera: Take a pot add water and sugar and put on medium flame mix it until sugar is dissolved then add lemon juice and elaichi powder mix it and cook 10 minutes on low flame

    Take a bowl add milk powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder and elaichi powder. Mix all ingredients

    Then add egg and ghee and mix with hands, and make small balls, and fry in oil on medium flame until it's colour is changed

    Now Fried balls put into sheera and cover it for 30 minutes (in room temperature)

    Our delicious gulab janum is ready serve as sweets and enjoy
