Ingredients

  1. ForMasala_Chicken_Roast
  2. 1Chicken whole (8 piece)
  3. 4 tbspLemon juIce
  4. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  5. 8Garlic Cloves
  6. 1 cupYogurt
  7. 1/2 cupOil
  8. 1 tspWhole black pepper
  9. 1 tspWhite cumin
  10. 1 tbspGaram masala
  11. 2 tbspGinger (chopped)
  12. 1 tspAjvain
  13. 1 tspHaldie powder
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. #For_TarkaRice: ½ kg rice
  16. 1onion
  17. 1 tspcumin seeds
  18. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  19. 1 tspturmeric powder
  20. 1 tspsalt
  21. 4 tbspoil
  22. 1tomato
  23. 1lemon whole

Cooking Instructions

    #For Roasted chicken :First place cuts on chicken and wash it.
    In a chopper add garlic cloves, whole black pepper, ajvain and white cumin to make powder.
    Now in chicken, add red powder, garam masala,haldie, yogurt, ginger, grinded spice, lemon juice and salt.

    Put chicken in pan and cook till water dries.
    Add oil and turn chicken up side down to roast from all side.
    Simmer it on low flame for 5 minutes.
    Masala Chicken roast is ready.

    #For_TarkaRice: Soak ½ kg rice for half an hour.
    In a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and sauté a chopped onion in it.
    Then add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp turmeric powder and stir well.
    Now add soaked rice, 1 ½ glass water and 1 tsp Salt, whole cut lemon slices, tomato slices and allow cooking on medium flame.When water has evaporated, allow simmering for 15 minutes. Delicious Tarka Chawal is ready.

    Add all roasted chicken in tarka rice! Mix slightly.. Cover lid rest for 15mins for deep absorb... After that it's done ready to serve with cachumar salad or raita!!
