Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough.

Knead on the counter, cover and let it rise.

After the dough rise, flatten with a hand in a circle.

Brush with an egg around the edges.

Spread garlic butter evenly over the surface and mark the bread with a sharp knife.

Add freshly ground black pepper on top and sprinkle some sesame seeds (til).
- 7
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20-25 minutes.
- 8
When it's done spread garlic butter on bread again. Serve when hot.
