300 me aram se bun jati ha i used half kilo beef in 3 families tu us according for 2 person easily bun jye OR you can make with chicken boneless as well..

Cooking Instructions

Boil spaghetti and set a side..

For curry: In a blender add yogurt

Then gram flour, green chillies,salt, turmeric & coconut powder..

Add some water and blend well..

In a pot heat little oil..

Add curry leaves and garlic(sliced) fry for a min..

When aroma start add blended mixture..

Along with 2 cup water..

Cook on low flame for half an hour..

Consistency should b runny not too thick..set a side

For beef gravy: In a pan heat little oil..

Add beef boti with ginger garlic paste..

Fry for 3,4min..

Then add tomatoes along with red chilli powder, Coriander,cumin, turmeric and all spice powder..

Bhounfy well for 5min..

Now add 1/2 cup water and cook till tender..

Lastly add brown onion and cook for 10min more..

Assembling: In a plate add boil sphagetti..

Pour some curry on top then beef gravy..

Serve with chips of your choice.. Enjoyyy
