    Rice ko 1/2 hr ke liye soaked karden.

    Ik pateelay me piyaz light brown karen usme adrak lehsan paste add karen.thora cook karen.

    Phir usme sabut garammasalay add karen. phir usme 1.5 glass warm water add karen.

    Phir usme matar, Chinese salt and salt add kar ke stock ready kar lein.

    Ab isme rice add karen sur itna pani dalen ke rice ys me pak jayen.

    Jab rice taqreeban pak jayen to pateelay ko cover kar ke dam par 5 min rakh dein.

    Rice ready hain isay dish out karlen aur achaar gosht and kabab ke sath nosh farmayen.
