  3. 2large onion
  4. 3 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsptermeric powder
  6. 2 tspchilli powder
  7. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves

    Put chana daal for boil

    Cut the onion into slices add oil into a pan and fry the onion

  3. 3

    Now put the meat into pan add g g paste and fry the meat

  4. 4

    Now add all dry masala into meat add some water and fry until oil looks separate

  5. 5

    Now add water and cook on low flame until meat looks tender

  6. 6

    Meanwhile boil the chana daal until soft

  7. 7

    When meat is tender add chana daal into it and add water for gravy

  8. 8

    Bring it to boil and now low the flame and cook for 10 minute

  9. 9

    After this turn the flame off and add green coriander and serve with chapati and boiled rice
