When you do not have mood to eat and make spicy things, roast with rice is a good combination. I usually make with chicken. But after meaty eid, mutton is in the fridge so I try it with mutton. Hmmm... the taste came out so yummy and delicious.

Ingredients

2 hrs
3 servings
  1. 1/2kilo mutton
  2. 1 cupyoghurt
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspfennel seed powder
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. Halfcup vinegar
  10. 2 glasswater
  11. 1medium sized Potato (cut into cubes)
  12. Handfulpeas
  13. 1medium sized onion (cut into cubes)
  14. 2carrots (cut into cubes)
  15. Halfcup oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beef, put it in pot with yoghurt, chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper, fennel seed powder, salt and ginger garlic paste. Fry little bit.

    Add 2 glass of water, cover it. Keep it on low flame and cook till an hour. After an hour uncover it and check your meat, if it get tender and cook then uncover. If it's not then cover it for more 15 mins at least and then check again

    Once meat is soft and tender, uncover and pour oil and fry on high flame. Add all vegetables, fry little bit, cover it and keep it on low flame for 15 more minutes.

    Mix it well and take it out in serving dish.

    Serve with your all time favorite garlic rice.
