Ingredients

35 to 40 minutes

  1. 240 gFlour(maida)
  2. 240 mlWater(lukewarm)
  3. 1 tspYeast
  4. half tspSalt
  5. 2 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take 240g flour add sugar salt and yeast

  2. 2

    Add water gradually to the above mixture to form a dough

  3. 3

    Knead the dough for 5 minutes then add oil and knead it again for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Cover it and let it sit for 1 hour

  5. 5

    Now dust the dough with flour then cut the dough into 7 round parts

  6. 6

    Grease the pan with oil put the dough parts and let it sit for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Put the pan on a preheated tawa cover it and bake it for 35 to 45 minutes

  8. 8

    Now flip the bread on the other side and bake it for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Now turn off the flame rest them for 10 minutes

  10. 10

    Soft bread is ready
