Cooking Instructions

Rub salt and pepper into the pork before coating in cake flour.

Put the sesame oil, garlic and ginger into a frying pan. Start heating your pan. Fry on a low heat until it starts to smell nice.

When it's fragrant, add the roughly chopped kimchi and quickly stir-fry. Also add the pork and fry.

Once the pork is cooked, add the mentsuyu from the sides of the pan. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
