Whole Wheat Pizza Dough in a Bread Machine

I wanted use up the last of my whole wheat flour.
If your oven isn't that strong, bake between 180 - 200°C. If you don't have whole wheat flour, use bread flour. It's good to divide the dough into 3 portions if you prefer thin crusts. Recipe by Anpinku

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put everything except dry yeast in the bread pan. Put dry yeast in the yeast compartment, select dough-only setting and start.
- 2
Soon after the dough is prepared, take it out. Divide the dough into half with a scraper and shape it into balls. Cover with a moistened and tightly wrung out kitchen towel, and rest for 20 minutes.
- 3
Place the dough on parchment paper and roll it out into your desired sizes. Pierce the dough with a fork.
- 4
Spread pizza sauce and put on toppings and cheese, and bake it in the oven which is preheated at 180°C / 356°F for 15 minutes.

Basic Pizza Dough Basic Pizza Dough
I think that kneading flour into dough is the ultimate Slow Food. When I'm leisurely kneading dough on a day off while listening to music, all my daily stress just disappears. The dough will become more delicious too.The most important thing is to knead the dough thoroughly. Please knead it well for 20 to 30 minutes while listening to music. Just be careful not to knead your iPod into the dough! The other key is to rest the dough in the refrigerator. It will become very easy to flatten out. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -
