Today 7th April , a memorable day when #SaroshZeeshan Announced my name in FABOLOUS AMBASSADOR . It was like a dream come true . So along with this beautiful month of Ramadan I would like to share my amazing stuffed dates recipe to celebrate.
Stuffed Dates is a very delicious & easy dessert recipe made by stuffing Dates / Khajoor with crunchy roasted nuts and dipping with chocolate.
Its a No-Bake Dessert Recipe.
These Stuffed Dates are an excellent edible gifting in Ramadan to your loved ones. And my FIRST post as Fabulous Ambassador ❤️❤️❤️
Cooking Instructions

Clean dates.
Mark cut and remove pits.
✅ First Stuffing
(Pistachios & Coconut)
Blanch Pistachios in boiling water for 4 minutes.
Remove skin.
Grind together pistachios with desiccated coconut, butter & condensed milk.
Stuffed the dates with this mixture and keep aside.
You can be as creative you want while decorating these stuffed dates. - 2
Slice som pistachios.

✅ Second Stuffing
(Almonds & Cinnamon)
Blanch almonds in boiling water for 4 minutes Or Use overnight soaked almonds
Grind together almonds with butter, cinnamon powder, condensed milk and rose water.
Stuff the dates & keep aside. - 4
✅ Third Stuffing
(Hazelnut & Cashews with Honey)
Method
Dry roast Cashews & hazelnut.
Grind together with butter & honey.
Stuff the dates & keep aside. - 5
Four fillings

Enjoy different varieties of dates fillings.

✅ Fourth Stuffing
(Peanut 🥜 butter)You can use store bought peanut butter or just take a cup of plain pleanuts and just grind & grind & grind until you get smooth buttery paste.
Stuff the dates and keep aside. If you like add a bit honey 🍯 - 8
✅ Fifth Stuffing
Walnut & ChocolateGrind Chocolate with walnuts and fill the dates.

✅ Decorate the DATES
Melt milk chocolate or if you want to keep sweetness on lighter side use dark chocolate.
Micro for 30 seconds and coat the dates.
Melt white chocolate (micro for 30 seconds)
Coat the dates with chocolate
Sprinkle EDIBLE PEARLS Or NUTS Or Drizzle chocolate - 11
