Ingredients

  1. 250 gCashews Chopped
  2. 250 gDry Dates Slices
  3. 250 gPistachios Chopped
  4. 250 gAlmonds Chopped
  5. 250 gRaisins (Washed and strained)
  6. 100 gVermicelli Crushed
  7. 250 gDesiccated coconut
  8. Cuddapah almond (Chironji) {Washed and strained}
  9. 125 gpoppy seeds (Washed and strained)
  10. 250 gWalnut Chopped
  11. Green (small) cardamom 20 pieces only seeds
  12. 1 TeaspoonSaffron
  13. 820 gButter 🧈 (Margarine)
  14. 1 KgSugar
  15. 5 KgMilk

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the 5 Kg Milk and set it aside on a very low flame.

    Second put the Large size flat bottom cooking pot on a low flame. Add 820 g Butter Margarine in the pot.

    When the butter is start getting melted add 20 cardamom seeds in it.

    Now, add 125 g poppy seeds (washed and strained) and wait for soothe then add almonds, cashews, dry dates, walnut and let them saute until they get golden brown color on medium flame

  5. 5

    Add Raisins and desiccated coconut stir it and mix them well then add pistachios, Cuddapah almond (Chironji) and vermicelli in it and wait for saute on medium flame

  6. 6

    Add sugar, stir and mix them well when it gives you a beautiful aroma of sauteing and you'll see a golden brown color.

    Now the milk that you've boiled remove/separate the fat cream from milk and add that milk in the pot where you've sauted items then stir it and mix them well on medium flame.

    Now added one teaspoon of Saffron in it and mix it well on medium flame.

  9. 9

    When you see boiling about 2-3 times in a pot keep the flame low till 10-15 minutes.

    The yummy tasty Sheer Khurma is ready to serve. Have it and enjoy your Eid with your family, friends, and all relatives.
