Cooking Instructions

Boil eggs very hard and cut into halves

Separate the yolks from the white. Put the yolk in a bowl

Add black pepper (according to desire)

Add some mayonnaise
- 5
Mash up using a spoon, add extra mayonnaise if necessary
- 6
Put the yolk mixture into a piping bag, you can use nylon if you don't have a piping bag, I used nylon

Cut the sharp edge of the nylon and pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites.

Sprinkle some black pepper on it

Garnish with mint leaves... Your Deviled eggs are ready! Enjoy!

These are just simple deviled eggs. Never had a written recipe always went off taste. Another one I learned from my mom. And ever since mom and dad had chickens, and we have had fresh eggs they are even better. I do half with pickles and half with olives. No need to add salt the !mustard pickles and/or olives gives it plenty of salt.
