Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgMutton
  2. 1 kgYougert
  3. G.G paste 1/2 tbsp
  4. Tomatoes halfkg
  5. 6-7Green chillies
  6. 1/2 cupOil
  7. 1 packKarhai masala
  8. 2 tbspBhuna masala
  9. 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tbspGaram masala
  11. Corriender for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil in a pan then add g.g paste

  2. 2

    Then add mutton in it and broil it well then add chopped tomatoes and broil then add water almost 1/2 glass and cover for half hour

  3. 3

    Then add Shan karhai masala, bhuna masala, turmeric powder, garam masala and yougert then further cook for 15 minutes. Then add green chillies and cover.

    Then garnish chopped corriender and serve
