  1. 1 cupcashews
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 2 tspmilk powder (optional)
  4. 1/4 cupwater

    Grind cashews in mixture grinder on pulse mode otherwise oil comes out of cashews

    Sieve cashew powder i add 2tsp milk powder

  3. 3

    In a kadhai add sugar and water make one string syrup add cashew powder

  4. 4

    Cook for 4-5minutes off the guess stir continously till it becomes thick

  5. 5

    Take out cashew batter on plastic sheet and mash with polythin 3-4minutes till it becomes smooth

  6. 6

    Roll with a rolling pin like kaju katli and cut as desire shape

  7. 7

    Our kaju katli is ready
