Boiling eggs is by far the easiest way to prepare eggs. It also preserves most of the nutrients found in the eggs. I used this method when I weaned my children at 6 months. I would blend the egg yolk with mashed sweet potato and a little milk.

Created this recipe because I always tend to forget how long to boil the eggs. Wanted my own that works really well for me.

My parents and I love a good hard boiled egg. They are a great protein snack and are quick, easy, and delicious.
