Wet fried beef with Traditional vegetables

Yesternight I had some left over traditional vegetables or kienyeji and I decided to accompany it with beef. It was really yummy 😋
Cooking Instructions

Chop your beef into small pieces then boil with salt till soft or tender.

Drain the excess water then allow it to dry over low heat.

Add oil for cooking the fry till a bit brown
- 4
Add onions and hoho then cook for 2mins.
- 5
Add tomatoes and mix. Cover to cook abit.
- 6
Serve with some kienyeji and Ugali
