  1. gr of young papaya, cut into long box 350
  2. gr of meat, cut to taste 100
  3. tsp tamarind, dissolved in a little water 1/2
  4. pcs red chilli, thinly sliced 2
  5. vertebra galangal, crushed 1
  6. stalk lemongrass, crushed 2
  7. tbsp palm sugar 1 1/2
  8. bay leaves 2
  9. lime leaves 4
  10. ml water 700
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for frying
  13. GROUND SPICES
  14. pcs shallot 9
  15. cloves garlic 5
  16. pcs cayenne pepper 7
  17. cm turmeric 2
  18. cm ginger 2
  19. cm kencur 3
  20. pcs candlenut, toasted 3
  21. tsp coriander 1
  22. tsp pepper 1/2
  23. tsp dried shrimp paste 1/2
  24. SPRINKLES
  25. tbsp fried shallot 1
  26. sprig of basil, pull leaves 1

วิธีทำ

    Use water to boil the meat until tender and set aside.

    Saute ground spices, galangal, lemongrass, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Enter the seasoning into the meat stew, add sliced papaya. Cook until papaya soft.

  4. 4

    Add tamarind water, palm sugar, and salt. Adjust taste, insert red pepper and turn off the heat.

  5. 5

    Serve the vegetables with a sprinkling of fried shallot and basil.

Interesting ☺️ the menu is similar to Kang Som , Thai hot and sour soup with a few different herbs and seasoning. Thanks for the recipe 🙂 will study the recipe and see if i can get all the ingredients and cook it in Thailand
