Carefully clean the vegetables, this soup won’t be cooked through heat.

Cut all vegetables and bread to cube size. (make it easier for marinating) Add olive oil and vinegar. Also salt and pepper then marinate over night.

Put the ingredients in food processor or blender and blend it very fine. Strain and keep only the juice. (vinegar, salt, or pepper may be added more to taste this step.)

Pour into shot glass. (or any suitable glass)

Ingredients may separate into layers by time. Cut celery stalks or carrot to the length of a shot glass for stirring. (aprx. 1x1x8 cm)

Serve cold.
