You could say that the easiest Indonesian food to learn with very simple spices is stir-fried vegetables.  Eating vegetables just like that sometimes feels boring.  Not only for children, adults too.  This time around the beans with the addition of tempeh. And Tempeh or tempe is a traditional Javanese food made from fermented soybeans. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. A fungus, Rhizopus oligosporus, is used in the fermentation process and is also known as tempeh starter.
