#mycookbookThe fastest and easiest way to enjoy ‘tempe’ is season it with ground garlic, salt, white pepper powder, and a little water, deep fry the seasoned tempe until golden brown, and then eat it with Indonesian shrimp paste chili sauce. This recipe is basically the same but I added some fried anchovies and Thai basil leaves to add the flavor for the dish.If you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘 jenscookingdiary -

Sauteed Squid and Zucchini with Anchovies Sauteed Squid and Zucchini with Anchovies
I used my favorite, locally caught squid in an Italian style saute with zucchini. It goes really well with wine or beer! The key points are to use anchovy filets, and the way the zucchini are sliced and sauteed. The zucchini slices are different sizes because I grew them myself so they aren't uniform...well, that's just an excuse. I recommend using zucchini that aren't too thick. Great in season! Non-stick Candied Dried Young Anchovies Non-stick Candied Dried Young Anchovies
I was inspired by my mother's New Year celebration meal, and made a recipe that ensures the anchovies don't stick together.Roast the anchovies until you can easily snap them in two. Be careful not to over-roast, otherwise they will become bitter.Adjust the sweetness as you like. (My recipe is lightly sweetened.)Adding sake unsticks the candied anchovies. Tomato Sauce with Anchovies Tomato Sauce with Anchovies
While anchovy fillets are undeniably fishy, the salty funkiness of these little fish is their strength. Anchovies have a rich, umami flavor that adds a layer of complexity when dissolved into a sauce or emulsified into a dressing.Lại là một pha thần giao cách cảm vượt biên giới với @Marie007 😌#bepvang Linh -
