Ingredients

  1. 200 gwhild splitgill mushroom
  2. 100 gfried anchovies
  3. 4 tablespoonchilli paste
  4. 4 tablespoonpalm oil
  5. 1red onion (big)
  6. 2 tablespoontamarind juice
  7. 50 gsmall shrimp/krills
  8. 1 tablespoonsugar
  9. to taste salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the mushroom. Cut the end edge of each piece to remove the foreign body.

    Fry onions and chilli paste with palm oil util dark red in color

  3. 3

    Add tamarind juice and sugar.

  4. 4

    Wash shrimp,strain the remaining water and add to above step

  5. 5

    Add mushrooms to this step. Mix the ingredient well

  6. 6

    Add fried anchovies and mix well all ingredient.

  7. 7

    Serve while still hot.
