Omelette with Lots of Vegetables and Cheese Omelette with Lots of Vegetables and Cheese
This is a side dish my sister packed for my nephew's bento for his preschool's field day. It was so delicious that I had to ask for the recipe.Pack it in your everyday bento, for picnics, serve as an appetizer, etc.The vegetables are microwaved in advance to save time.Add the other ingredients while they're still hot, and dissolve the soup stock and melt the cheese with residual heat. It's well seasoned from the ham, so you don't really have to worry about adding in too much extra salt or pepper. When cooking the omelette, mix it quickly and form it without stirring around too much.Use whatever vegetables you like in the omelette, such as frozen vegetable mix. For 2 to 4 servings. Recipe by Miyabi nechan cookpad.japan -

Omelette with Ground Meat And Onions Omelette with Ground Meat And Onions
I've adapted an omelette my mother used to make for me to suit modern tastes. My mother used to make a usuyaki tamago (very thin omelette) and wrap ground meat and onion in it.I recommend using lean ground meat. I usually use Australian lean ground beef.If you stock some extra sautéed ground meat and onion you can make this omelette any time, so I've given amounts for making 1 omelette and for stocking some. For 1 omelette - amounts for stocking extras listed in ( ). Recipe by Cha-miru cookpad.japan -
