Ingredients

  1. Halftsp vanilla
  2. 50 gcornflour
  3. 250 gplain flour
  4. 50 gicing sugar
  5. 250 gbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients

    Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a large star nozzle

  3. 3

    Add a few teaspoons of milk to the mixture if it's difficult to pipe

  4. 4

    Pipe 16-18 rosettes and bake at 170c for about 15 minutes or until golden brown

  5. 5

    Once baked fill with buttercream and jam

  6. 6

    Cream filling: 100g butter, 200g icing sugar, half a teaspoon vanilla.
