Ingredients

  1. 1whole cod fish (about 500 gram)
  2. 3tomatoes, cut into pieces
  3. 3shallots, thinly sliced
  4. 4 clovesgarlic, thinly sliced
  5. 6bird's eye chilli, thinly sliced (optional)
  6. 2 cmgingger, thinly sliced
  7. 1 stalklemon grass, thinly sliced
  8. 1 cmturmeric, thinly sliced
  9. 3kaffir lime leaves
  10. 1Japanese cucumbar, cut into pieces
  11. 2spring onions, sliced
  12. 1 tablespoonsalt
  13. 1 teaspoonsugar
  14. 1.5litter of water
  15. Chicken stock powder (or any stock)

Cooking Instructions

    Sauteed all spices that have been sliced ​​until fragrant. Then add the cucumbar and water and let it boil.

    Then let it boil, add tomatoes, spirng onions then stir evenly then taste.
