  • 5 pcspork ribs short
  • 1/2white raddish (cut diced)
  • 2garlic (smash)
  • 1/4ginger (smash)
  • 3 pcschinese red dates
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients while boil some water.

    When the water start to boil, put the ribs and garlic in. Next put the white raddish and season with salt, soy sauce, and pepper and wait until it is cooked. Lastly, put the chinese red dates to enhance the flavor.
