Take a bowl and mix spinach,gram flour,mint chutney,mango powder,kitchen king masala,salt and mix it well. Make flatten balls of it. Now fill grated paneer in it and make balls of it.

Now deep fry all the balls till it turns in to golden brown and crispy. Now heat oil in a pan. Add onion puree to it. And saute till it becomes golden brown in colour. Now add tomato puree to it.

Add capsicum,red chilli powder,salt,cumin coriander powder,cashewnuts and water melon seeds paste,kitchen king garam masala to it. Mix it well and close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Now off the gas.

Add fresh cream,butter and kasuri to it. Take a bowl pour gravy in it Then after cut spinach balls from the middle and put it on gravy.

Our delicious,mouthwatering shaam Savera sabji is ready now. Serve it with roti paratha or naan and enjoy this scrumptious dish.
