90 servings
  • 5 kgperboiled basmati
  • 3sliced onions
  • 3 packschopped sausages
  • 1medium teriyaki sauce
  • Chopped carrots and green beans
  • Spices
  • Seasonings
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok, add oil, onions and saute, add sausage and chopped veggies, add the spices and stir fry,then add the perboiled rice

    Add as much,saute and mix with the ingredients, add seasoning and the teriyaki sauce

    Mix well and cover to let it steam for 7-10mins. Serve warm.
