Add flour and corn flour. Mix well.

First separate egg yolks and egg whites. Blend for 2 minutes. Add 3/4 of sugar and blend until soft peak form. Keep aside. Beat egg yolks and add sugar. Whisk for 2 minutes. Add oil,milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.

Add 1/3 of egg whites and mix gently. Add rest of whites and mix.Grease oil on baking stray.put butter paper. Pour the batter. Bake in pre heated oven in 180°© for 30 minutes. Let it cool and

Flip it.Cut sides. Spread whipped cream on it and fold. Put into refrigerator to set.

Cut into pieces. Serve
