Stir-Fry Cabbage salad is a very healthy and colourful salad. It is crunchy as well as low in calories, very satisfying and goes well with any diet.
Steps

Cut cabbage, onion, carrot and green capsicum in thin slices and keep aside.

Heat up the oil in frying pan on medium flame. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let it crackles and then add onions. Stir for 2 to 3 seconds. Now add cabbage, carrots and green capsicum. Stir fry for 2 to 3 mins till the vegetables gets crisp. Don't overcook.
Turn off the flame. - 3
Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder, oregano, shredded coconut and lemon juice. Mix all well.

Serve warm or at room temperature. You can also garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
