Firstly peel off the onions.make a cross cut as shown in picture.keep these onions in leftover better of fritters for 15 minutes.

Now wok oil in a wok.add onions.cook it till golden brown.switch off the gas.

After That heat oil in a pressure cooker.add mustard seeds.splutter it.now add degi mirch and tomato puree.cook it 3-4 minutes on medium flame

Now add all dry ingredients,salt and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.after that add onions in it.and pressure cook for one whistle.now your sabji is ready.
