For rabri,put milk in pan add elachi powder,kesar petals and milk powder and boil it till it reduces half,,now add sugar acc to taste,,let it be cool

Now for maal puha,take a bowl add suzi and maida mix them well now add sugar powdered and some elachi Dana,now add curd and water and make a smooth paste and keep aside for 1 hr,now take a nonstick pan put some ghee,put little portion of batter like chilla,now fry them till it become golden brown from both sides,,now remove it from tawa or pan now it's ready to serve with some dryfruits and rabri enjoy maalpuha 😊
