Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupmaize flour
  2. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. as requiredOil,for frying
  8. 1boiled potato
  9. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  10. 1 tspoil
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  14. 1/4 cupyogurt
  15. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  16. 1/4 cupimli chutney
  17. 1 tspChaat masala powder
  18. as requiredCoriander,for garnishing

Steps

40 minute
  1. 1

    Add maize flour,all purpose flour,salt,oil,carom seeds and red chilli powder in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make a dough with lukewarm water and see aside for 15-20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Make small rotis with this dough and cut them into triangles.

  4. 4

    Deep fry these nachos on medium flame and then let them cool on a tissue paper to drain.

  5. 5

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add boiled potatoes and chickpeas to this pan.

  6. 6

    Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and switch off the gas.

  7. 7

    For plating,put nachos in a plate and top it with potatoes and chickpeas mix.

  8. 8

    Add curd and finely chopped onions to it.

  9. 9

    Add imli chutney and Chaat masala powder.

  10. 10

    Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
