Pork Flaxseed Burger Keto

Cooking Instructions

Make the bun first. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the egg whites. Mix the hot water with the apple cider vinegar before adding it to the mixture. Use a hand mixer to combine, then knead by hand. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes. Divide and shape the dough into small balls, wetting your hands while shaping. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 320°F (160°C) and bake for another 20 minutes.

Prepare the pork burger patties. Mix the ground pork with all the seasonings and knead by hand. Marinate for 30 minutes, then shape into patties and fry in an air fryer.

Assemble the burger. Mix the burger sauce, then cut the buns in half and spread butter on them. Toast in a pan, then spread the sauce on the buns. Add lettuce, pork, and egg. Serve.
