Ingredients

5-6 serves
  1. 1/2 kgtender meat
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1big onion
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspchilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspmeat masala
  9. as requiredOil for frying
  10. 3eggs
  11. as requiredRoasted oats
  12. as requiredCoriander for garnish
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. As per tasteChat masaala optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook meat and potatoes in a cooker approx 4 whistles.

    Grind cooked meat in a grinder in a coarse mixture,mash boiled potatoes.

    Take 2 tbsp of oil,put onion,ginger garlic paste and saute it till it become tender,then put all dry ingredients,At last put minced meat and mashed potatoes,put some coriander leaves too.

    Mixture is ready,shape it in circle or oval shape dip it into whisked eggs and roll it in roasted oats and shallow fry the cutlets.

    Sprinkle some chaat masala on the top and serve the spicy cutlets.
