Punjabi style delicious daal!
Steps

Soak dal and rajma together fr 3-4hrs

Heat ghee in a cooker.add heeng and jeera and red chilli powder to it.

Blend tomatoes,garlic,ginger znd green chillies together to make a puree

Pour this paste in ghee

Now add all the spices except salt

When ghee leaves it's sides,take this tadka out in a bowl.

Blend onion with a help of lil water to a smooth paste in a same blender

In the same cooker, add water with this onion paste,salt and daal.Cover and cook in cooker.1 whistle on high.20 mins on sim.

Again open the lid of cooker,now add cream and tadka made before.Cook again for another 25 mins.

Serve hot with rice,roti or naan!
